Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free Trial Period

1.1 Zumu offers a 7-day free trial for all new users.

1.2 No charges are applied during the trial period.

1.3 At the end of the trial, unless the user cancels their subscription, the selected plan will automatically become active and the relevant payment will be processed.

2. Subscription Cancellation

2.1 Users may cancel their Zumu subscription at any time.

2.2 Cancellations can be made through the Workspace Settings > Billing menu or by contacting support@zumu.co.

2.3 Upon cancellation, the current plan remains active until the end of its billing cycle, after which access to services will be terminated.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Once the free trial has ended and the paid subscription period has started, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period (monthly or annual).

3.2 If a subscription is canceled, no further charges will apply for upcoming billing periods.

3.3 Partial refunds for unused days are not provided.

3.4 It is the user’s responsibility to cancel their subscription prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

4.1 In the event of significant technical failures not caused by the user, refund requests may be individually reviewed and evaluated by our support team.

4.2 In such cases, users are required to contact support@zumu.co with relevant details.

5. Legal Rights

5.1 Cancellation and refund requests are evaluated in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, distance selling regulations, and digital service legislation.

5.2 If a user cancels during the free trial period, no charges will be applied under any circumstances.
