1.1 Cloud Service: Zumu AI allows you to create AI-based call operators for voice interactions. Our services include customizable APIs, number assignment, call management, and integration panels for applications such as customer service, outbound calls, data collection, and surveys.

1.2 Professional Services: Beyond standard technical support, Zumu AI offers personalized professional services such as custom consultations, advanced implementation assistance, and optimization strategies. You may contact us to choose the services that best suit your needs.

2.1 Payment: Information about Zumu AI service plans is available at https://zumu.co/en/pricing. Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. You are required to provide valid credit card information at the time of registration. Zumu AI is authorized to charge your credit card for any outstanding fees related to the services.

2.2 Subscription: If you wish to cancel the service, you must delete your workspace or remove all subscription-based items (e.g., phone numbers) before the end of your current subscription period. Otherwise, subscription items will automatically renew for the next period and you will be responsible for the associated charges.

3.1 General: You must use Zumu AI services in compliance with applicable laws and with respect for the rights of third parties. Use of the services in a manner that disrupts their integrity or engages in unlawful activities is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Telemarketing Compliance: In accordance with Turkish regulations on electronic commerce and related legislation, explicit consent of the recipient is required for automated calls or pre-recorded messages. Additionally, when calls are recorded, parties must be informed and necessary approvals must be obtained.

3.3 Fraud Prevention and Personal Rights: You may not use our services for fraudulent purposes or to impersonate others. Using the voices or likenesses of real individuals without their explicit consent is prohibited.

You agree to indemnify Zumu AI against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the services.

Zumu AI services are provided as-is, without any warranties, including implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

Zumu AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

Zumu AI and its licensors hold all rights to the services and content. You may use our services only for lawful internal business purposes.

By using the services, you consent to calls being recorded and such data being used for the purpose of developing AI models. However, this data is anonymized and aggregated before use.

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes amicably. Istanbul (European Side) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction for the resolution of disputes.
